Problem: Pipe needed leveling. The concrete block under the AC unit couldn't be removed. Solution: Contractor decided not to remove underground pipe. Instead, he vacuumed under pipe using the Roll-n-Vac to pick up material, rocks and dirt from under and around the pipe. Lastly, using the aluminum nozzle he then dug out spacing around the pipe to level it more easily.
